We worked with Jane and Linda twice, once for buying a house in Baltimore, once for selling a house in Baltimore County. As buying agents, they visited a ton of houses and didn't get discouraged, and helped us find a nice little one-bedroom for us in a hot neighborhood at a very attractive price. Just got offered a new job in a different state and we were worried that our house would sit on the market for a while. Jane and Linda looked at the house and set the price, and got an offer above asking price within only a few days of the sale. They knew our schedule and were able to arrange a closing date that was pretty much perfectly aligned with our closing in Richmond,VA. All while planning her own son's wedding! Couldn't be happier, highly recommended.

Jane helped us find a home fitting our requirements. These requirements were uncommon for the Baltimore are. We specified a general area, home characteristics and specific preferences for no stairs since we are seniors expecting that our ability to trod the stairs is going to be limited. The requirements were hard to find in Baltimore County and we expected to spend 3 to 4 months looking. Jane found us a place in about 3 weeks. All through the inspection / corrections process, Jane kept us informed and represented us well to the Sellers, especially in the areas of our greatest concerns. I would recommend her highly.
